TAFT Appraisal also performs Floor Plan sketches for Realtors and home owners to determine square footage, figure rentable square footage for commercial spaces, or elaborate floor plans for marketing purposes. Typical homes smaller that 3,000 square feet usually cost between $125 and $150, while larger or complex homes are quoted case by case.
